Led by practical L&D experience
ImPerfect is founded by Kacey Kaur, an experienced Learning & Development professional specialising in training management, learning design, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
With experience supporting training teams, developing learning programmes and implementing competency frameworks, Kacey brings a practical, people-centred approach to organisational learning.
She holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and is currently studying towards the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development.
